Victory Over Sin and Spiritual Bondage
This Sermon emphasizes overcoming cycles of sin through faith, obedience, and understanding Jesus' role in salvation.
People struggle with relationship with God due to Satan and seducing spirits causing you to listen to wrong voices.
Satan aims to enslave and deceive Believers, but God raised leaders like Moses for deliverance.
Leaving Egypt
Exodus 1:8-14 depicts Israel's bondage in Egypt, symbolizing spiritual slavery.
Jesus desires to heal and deliver all who are in bondage and demonstrate through numerous healing miracles.
Only Jesus can bring true freedom with His mighty hand and outstretched arm.
Satan resists freeing individuals from bondage; Believers may be born again but can still be in spiritual captivity.
Jesus in The Old and New Testament
Old Testament references reveal Jesus' identity in various roles, e.g., Passover Lamb, High Priest, Reigning King.
New Testament titles highlight Jesus as Messiah, Wonder Worker, Savior, and King of kings.
God's Covenant Promises are central to breaking the power of sin and walking in victory.
Israel's history shows God’s remembrance of His covenant when His people cry out.
Faith is a gift; believing is a decision to praise God despite adversity.
The Cycle of Bondage
The cycle of bondage persists when Believers forget God's promises or live in ignorance, unbelief, or unconfessed sin.
Key barriers include ignorance, unbelief, unconfessed sins, and unforgiveness.
Confession, repentance, forgiving others, and understanding the Gospel are vital steps to victory.
Demonic strongholds like Jebusites, Girgashites, Canaanites, Hittites, Perizzites, Amorites, and Hivites represent spiritual giants that hinder Believers.
Each stronghold symbolizes specific issues: defilement, compromise, materialism, fear, lack of security, pride, rebellion, and lying.
You Are an Overcomer
Overcoming these stumbling blocks requires the Blood of Jesus, faith, and obedience to God's Word.
The Cross and the Blood of Jesus are the only pathways to true salvation, forgiveness, and victory.
Living in Victory depends on trusting God's Covenant, faith, and the power of Jesus' sacrifice.
